The South African fans have praised Hugo Broos after defeating Ethiopia 1–0 at the FNB Stadium to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The Bafana Bafana team has collected 10 points in the last 4-games with the young players. While speaking at the SABC interview, Hugo Broos said he is not interested in high-profile players.
“These player’s Agents and managers invites me to drink coffee and lecture me about their own players. This is not Agent’s team but South Africa National Team. We are building a strong team with character not popularity team or Instagram Twerks,” Hugo Broos said.

In next fixtures, Bafana Bafana would face Zimbabwe on 11 November 2021, before concluding with Ghana on 14, November 2021. After group stages, a team that finishes on top will go into playoffs and compete with the other group leaders. Then after playoffs of the African continent, five teams will qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
